Spend a weekend with us and learn how to make your own Ciabatta, Focaccia and your own pizza!

Weekend itinerary
Friday
4 pm Arrival and Check-in
5:30 pm Welcome Drinks and Introduction – make your own starter
7pm Dinner in Figtree Restaurant

Saturday
8:30 am Breakfast
9:30 am Ciabatta and Foccacia Workshop- Baking and Folding
11 am Baking Bread and making Minestrone Soup for Lunch
1 pm Lunch Minestrone Soup will be served with their own freshly baked breads
2 pm Guided Activities Available at additional cost
5 pm Pizza Making
7pm Dinner Pizza night dinner in Figtree Restaurant

8-10 am Breakfast
10 am Checkout
